FOOD & WATER, EDUCATION AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BUILD PROGRESS

The SIPS Network will be a pioneering SME cluster, functioning as a virtual partnership, a cooperative, and a community.

All SIPS units around the world will be connected to the Central SIPS Headquarters in Windhoek. Process specialists and technicians will have real-time access to monitor performance, provide maintenance support, share expertise, and troubleshoot issues across the network.

SIPS HQ will also manage purchasing for all units, ensuring the efficient logistics of raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and other day-to-day operational needs. This cooperative approach will optimize costs for all units.

Products not consumed within the local community will be marketed to other communities or countries. All marketing efforts will be coordinated from SIPS HQ, streamlining distribution and improving access to channels and export markets. This will reduce redundant resources, enhance opportunities, and boost income for all units.
