Rural Resilience Through Innovation
At SIPS, we don’t just see communities—we see potential. For over a decade, we've worked at the heart of Southern Africa's most vulnerable regions, building more than 30 ECD's (early primary and childhood development centers), dozens of factories, health facilities, and community hubs. We’ve seen firsthand the fragile balance between survival and progress. It’s clear: "Without food & water, education, and economic opportunities, no community can thrive".
We created SIPS:
Soy Integrated Processing Systems
A Factory-in-a-Box, designed to sustain the communities it serves, complying with the UN SDG17. SIPS for transforming raw crops like maize, soy and groundnuts into ready-to-eat, nutrient-rich foods. This is about processing and about empowerment. We’re equipping communities to harmonically balance the use of their own land, people, and resources to create a sustainable future.primary

Our approach is simple, scalable, and smart:
Turn-key Solutions: Proven technology compressed into modular, containerised units.
Sustainable & Autonomous: Powered by renewable energy—solar, thermal, or grid-dependent—SIPS units operate independently, even in the most remote locations.
Connected for Impact: Through satellite and internet links, each SIPS unit becomes part of a wider cooperative. Remote support, training, troubleshooting, and cross-community collaboration ensure that no community is left behinds
Every SIPS unit adds value—not just to crops but to the entire economic fabric of the community. Local farmers gain a new marketplace for their produce. Local workers are trained to manage the system, monitor production, and contribute to the economic cycle. This is how we break the cycle of dependence and replace it with resilience, growth, and opportunity.

Completely containerised food factory
We offer simple production solutions with continuous support.
Our goal is to ensure uninterrupted production, consistent quality, and effective marketing.
We help your community succeed in the most profitable way.
Consulting and management assistance are also provided to support your success.

Factory setups can be Polenta/Pap, Soymilk or TOFU (Soy Milk Cheese).
We currently have a containerised PAP PTO factory-in-a-box.
Soon, we will be able to offer integrated soy production systems with the capacity to produce:
PAP/PTO Ready-to-eat maize meal PAP
Soymilk
Tofu
We are also developing new ideas for small-scale, self-contained, and integrated modular production systems
We aim to collaborate with community leaders and regional governments to establish small, sustainable, and self-sufficient production units. These units will not only provide nutritious food for the local population but will also produce marketable products that generate income and create local jobs.
Our vision extends beyond immediate food production: as the system stabilises and reaches its full potential, we will introduce the cultivation of raw materials within the community, fostering vertical integration. This holistic approach will empower communities to control their entire value chain—from farming to processing—ensuring long-term economic growth, food security, and self-reliance.
